Q: What is the minimum stay?

A: 4 nights

Q: how many rooms do you have?

A: 5 bedrooms with queen size bed and 1 loft with 2 single beds

Q: How many villas are in the property?

A: 2 villas. The main Villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the Intimate Villa has a queen size bed on the ground floor and 2 single beds in the loft.

Q: How many Guests can you have?

A: 12 Guests. If you need more and have children or a large family we can open 2 queen size sofa beds for additional 4 guests that can sleep in the living room of the Main Villa and 2 single sofas so total 18 guests. 

Q: How long does it take to arrive to the villa from the airport?

A: 45 minutes drive from Chania and almost 2 hours from Heraklion

Q: If we are more than 4 can we arrive in 1 car?

A: We can arrange a taxi for up to 20 people and you can also rent a car for 9 people at the airport.

Q: How can we order all the extras?

A: Contact us via email and we will get all details, give you a price and arrange it all. 

Q: what is the Welcome Pack? A: it contains milk, butter, tea, cereals, orange juice, coffee, sugar, eggs, bread, cheese, marmalade, water, a bottle of wine, olive oil, hazelnut spread, yogurt, honey, seasonal fruits.
Q: can we change the welcome pack? A: yes, just write us an email and tell us what you need.
Q: Can you arrange for Gluten Free food? A: yes, we have some suppliers that we can check whatever you need and have it ready for you in the villa.
Q: what is the difference between welcome pack and custom stocking? A: welcome pack is free and it is a fixed list of food and drinks. Custom stocking, we will buy especially for you and it costs extra. It is not instead of the welcome pack.
